A 10 min grace period will be given to each client. After 10 min a $10 late fee will be added to the remaining balance.
After 15min your appointment will be forfeited (with no additional charges) and deposit will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
HOWEVER, IT CAN BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
